Newmark is currently seeking a Sr. Analyst based in Vancouver or Kelowna to join our National Investment team, part of Canada Valuation & Advisory.
The candidate will work within a dynamic team, gaining a wide array of experience related to commercial real estate valuation. The role involves conducting research, preparing Argus/Excel analyses and cash flow projections, and assisting with appraisal reports.
