Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Staff Accountant with a strong background in general accounting and healthcare finance . The ideal candidate has extensive experience in general ledger accounting, balance sheet reconciliations, accrual accounting, and financial reporting , preferably within the healthcare industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Prepare and record accruals, journal entries, and adjusting entries .
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
- Prepare financial statements and management reports.
- Analyze financial data and ensure compliance with accounting policies and GAAP principles.
