+ Support all Oracle Database services for all applications supporting our ERP environment, including Database, Infrastructure, and Middleware.

+ Assist developers and testers with troubleshooting and recommendations, including but not limited to performance and functionality.
+ Respond to outages of the environment and correct issues.
