Staff Engineer Mechanical

Act as atechnical lead for mechanical systems and subsystems , including assemblies, mechanisms, enclosures, and thermal/structural components. 

Leaddesign, analysis, and troubleshooting of mechanical components and systems. 

Driveroot cause investigations for mechanical and system-level issues, including field failures and reliability concerns. 

Supportdesign trade-offs, material selection, and tolerance analysis tooptimizeperformance, cost, and manufacturability. 

Lead mechanical workstreams forsustaining activities , including design updates,componentobsolescence, and supplier changes. 

Ensure designs meetreliability, durability, and manufacturability requirements .
