Staff Engineer, Security Engineering Partners

Our partner is looking for a Staff Engineer, Security Engineering Partners based in Canada.

This is a high-impact engineering role focused on bridging security and product engineering teams across a large-scale, global technology environment. You will design and deliver scalable security solutions that are embedded directly into products and platforms from the ground up. The role emphasizes deep technical leadership, enabling teams to reduce risk while accelerating secure software delivery. You will act as a trusted partner to engineering and product leaders, influencing architecture decisions and roadmaps. A strong focus is placed on proactive security engineering, including threat modeling and modern cloud-native security practices. You will also help scale security expertise across teams through mentorship, guidance, and technical enablement. This is a remote-first environment that values autonomy, collaboration, and global impact.
