Staff Proposal Analyst

**Description:** The Staff Proposal Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the development of Air Mobility and Maritime Missions (AMMM) New Business proposals, covering both Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) estimates. This high visibility role partners closely with engineering, supply chain, contracts, finance, and customer facing teams to develop accurate, data driven cost estimates and competitive pricing packages. The analyst’s output supports proposal submissions, contract negotiations, and long term program planning, ensuring our pricing remains defensible, profitable, and aligned with customer and corporate expectations.
• Build and maintain detailed cost models for AMMM proposals (new business, commercial sales, ROM, firm).
• Generate pricing packages that balance competitiveness with margin targets.
