Job Description

Your newpany 
Hays Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Steel Fixer to work on a unique civil engineering project involving the construction of a new boating pond. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled operative to join a busy site for approximately 3 weeks of work, with the potential for further opportunities uponpletion.
Your new role 
Reading and interpreting reinforcement drawings and specifications
Cutting, bending and fixing steel reinforcement bars and mesh
Tying rebar cages and securing reinforcement to required standards
Assisting with preparation for concrete pours
Ensuring all work ispleted safely and to specification
Working alongside groundworkers, shuttering carpenters, and site management
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
