Job Description

We're looking for motivated STMS, TMO and TTM professionals to join our Southland team and support a range of traffic management and civil projects. These roles offer steady hours ALL YEAR ROUND, outdoor work and the chance to be part of a reliable crew delivering essential services across the region. 
 
 What You'll Be Doing: 
 
Setting up and managing traffic control systems 
 
Monitoring work zones and keeping sites safe 
 
Supporting civil crews with day‑to‑day operations 
 
Working outdoors in all conditions 
 
Taking on overtime as required 
 
 What You Need: 
 
A minimum Class 1 licence 
 
Current STMS and/or TMO certification (for those roles) 
 
Strong communication and teamwork skills 
 
Reliability and willingness to work outdoors 
 
Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions
