Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell cakes and pastry products to customers, explaining product features and promotions
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales area and displays
- Monitor product stock levels and report shortages or damages
- Assist in restocking shelves and displays as needed
- Promote products and suggest add-ons to increase sales
- Follow company policies on cash handling, product care, and safety
- Address basic customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when needed
