Job Description
- Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with store policies.
- Monitor inventory levels and inform supervisors when stock is running low.
- Ensure the store is secure by following all safety and loss prevention procedures.
- Assist with unloading shipments and organizing back stock.
- Maintain product knowledge to help answer customer questions and suggest relevant products.
- Follow store guidelines for merchandise displays and promotional setups.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not always required).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- On-the-job training is usually provided.
