About the role:
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced leader to join our Rotorua Rural Supplies team. In this role you'll be responsible for leading a team of Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to provide technical sales advice and services to a range of agricultural customers. You will be responsible for the efficient and profitable operation of the store in line with company strategy and values, and you will work with the wider team including our Technical Field Representatives (TFRs) in the region to grow our market share and business presence in the community.
Administration, compliance, inventory, staff management and leadership are also important parts of this role, so you'll be computer savvy with strong oral, written and interpersonal skills. You will be highly organised and enjoy working in an autonomous environment dealing with a wide range of customers and colleagues.
