Responsibilities
Sales and Profitability
- Monitors departmental sales contribution and growth.
- Initiates cost effective programs for Grocery and Fresh department
Operations
- Ensure that product specialists are properly trained prior to deployment
- Ensure complete manpower deployment in assigned areas: Grocery and Fresh department.
Customer Service
- Ensures efficiency in handling customer related concerns.
- Ensures 100% compliance of product specialists to Customer Service Standards.
- Ensures excellent customer service is rendered by product specialists in the assigned department.
Receiving Procedure, Merchandising and Shrinkage Control
- Accuracy in processing of deliveries and rtv.
- Store inventory are all accounted for.
