Responsibilities
Sales and Profitability
- Monitors departmental sales contribution and growth
- Initiates cost effective programs for VMS, HABA, and Home department
Operations
- Ensure that product specialists are properly trained prior to deployment
- Ensure complete manpower deployment in assigned areas: VMS, HABA and Home department.
Customer Service
- Ensures efficiency in handling customer related concerns.
- Ensures 100% compliance of product specialists to Customer Service Standards.
- Ensures excellent customer service is rendered by product specialists in the assigned department.
Receiving Procedure, Merchandising and Shrinkage Control
- Accuracy in processing of deliveries and rtv.
