Store Operations

• Oversees daily store operations
• Ensures strict compliance withQuality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)standards
• Performs and monitors proper opening and closing procedures
• Controls operating costs, inventory and store resources

Marketing

• Implements approved promotions and marketing programs
• Ensures proper execution ofLocal Store Marketing (LSM)activities
• Maintains proper display of marketing materials
• Ensures cashiering and payment systems are properly used

People Management

• Prepares and manages staff schedules
• Trains, supervises, and evaluates store staff
• Recommends employees for regularization, promotion, or disciplinary action
• Handles employee concerns and implements due process
