Role Purpose

:

The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for driving growth and expansion of LRQA’s services within designated strategic accounts. Key objectives include client retention, revenue growth, and new client acquisition, aligned with sector strategies.


This role requires building strong relationships with senior decision-makers, acting as the internal voice of the customer, and ensuring operational excellence across global sales teams. You will maintain an accurate and robust sales pipeline, taking proactive corrective action to achieve revenue targets. Close collaboration with marketing, service delivery, and support teams is essential to maximize account success.

How You Will Make a Difference:

  • Revenue Growth: Drive targeted revenue growth across assigned global and strategic accounts, new target logos, and LRQA’s core products and services, in collaboration with local and regional sales teams.
