As Nextep’s resident subject matter expert on our benefit plan offerings, you’ll be working closely with our prospects and clients to educate them about our strategic benefit solutions.
Ideally, you’re solutions-oriented, because this role works on complex plan design inquiries to make plan recommendations to business leaders.
Assist in the sales process for prospective Nextep clients to ensure the best value and benefits to fit their needs.
You’ll work with many different people including our sales team, benefits team, clients, and prospects, so communication is key to success in this position.
Requirements
About you:
You have at least three years of progressive benefits experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
You have direct work experience with benefit design, analysis & administration, with a multi-state and 2,000+ employee benefits-eligible population.
