Strategic Building Systems Sales Leader

Johnson Controls Malaysia is seeking a Sales Lead to support multiple business verticals, reporting to the Country Leader. The role focuses on executing sales and account management strategies to secure long-term customer relationships and profitable branch growth.

You will develop the sales force to be the premier equipment supplier across building types, manage forecasting and staffing, and build strong relationships with owners, architects, and contractors while monitoring market trends.
