Strategic Talent Acquisition Senior Analyst

Accenture Pakistan is seeking an HR Service Delivery Senior Analyst to own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle within the assigned portfolio. You will lead intake meetings, define role scorecards, and drive sourcing across job boards, referrals, LinkedIn, and internal databases.

You will screen resumes, conduct structured telephonic assessments, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews across panels and time zones, and ensure timely debriefs and hiring decisions.
