This role moves beyond traditional full-cycle recruiting to deliver strategic workforce advisory, proactive talent planning, and data-informed guidance to business leaders.
Operating within a COE model, the Strategic Talent Advisor partners closely with:
Dedicated Sourcing Teams who build and manage talent pipelines
Global TA Coordinators who execute offer, pre-employment, and onboarding activities
