Strategy Lead - Client Development

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

You’ll join our Customer Center of Excellence (CoE) within the Bain Capability Network (BCN), a core part of our Expert Client Delivery (ECD) model. BCN supports Bain teams globally with advanced analytics, research, and domain expertise across industries and capabilities. Within the CoE, you’ll work alongside a high-performing, globally distributed team focused on customer strategy, commercial excellence, and go-to-market transformation. You’ll collaborate closely with Bain case teams, Customer Practice leaders (Branding, Marketing & Sales), and senior stakeholders across regions including EMEA and India.
