Position Summary:


The position requires the knowledge and ability to layout, design, and manage the development of building structures, foundations, and site civil needs. Essential to this role is substantial project management of outside and inside contractors for cost effective and timely installations. This position will be stationed in Spring Grove , IL but supporting two other sites in close proximity. 


Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Layout functional building/plant layouts and design reliable foundations for unique pieces of machinery.

  • Use SolidWorks & 2D CAD for the layout, design and documentation of building structures, plant/equipment layouts,

  • and plant utilities.

  • Project Analysis – determine project feasibility and develop/generate budget and project ROI.

  • Detail specifications for bid packages, obtain quotations, negotiation of price and delivery, contract review, project...
