Job Description

The Lead Structural Engineer will provide essential administrative processes, technical knowledge, and direction for structural, civil, and geotechnical design projects. The role oversees a specific area, acting as a representative to ensure technical accuracy and quality across all project phases. Perform CSA design development across project phases (conceptual, front‑end, detail engineering, integration of new facilities, and small multidisciplinary projects). Lead structural, civil and geotechnical design and write contractor scope of works. Supervise, plan, and organize work, including schedules, man‑hour estimates, and manpower forecasts. Lead and coordinate the civil structural design team. Communicate and align with clients, vendors, and other disciplines. Supervise and mentor junior designers and engineers.
