Structured Cabling Technician
Location: Myrtle Beach, SC
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Structured Cabling Technicians to perform structured cabling installations for commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
+ Install, terminate, test, and certify copper and fiber cabling (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A, fiber optic)
+ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications
+ Perform troubleshooting, testing, labeling, and documentation of cabling systems
Required Qualifications
+ 1+ years of structured cabling installation experience
+ Strong knowledge of copper and fiber infrastructure systems
+ Ability to terminate, test, and certify cabling to industry standards
+ Ability to read blueprints and low-voltage drawings
+ Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in ceiling spaces
