About the role:
An exciting opportunity exists for a Team Leader to join Victoria Police's Our People Command, overseeing the Student Services Unit, as part of the Business Services Division (BSD). The Command plays a vital role in building the skills, capabilities, and confidence of Victoria Police employees to lead and positively influence the community. Through the delivery of comprehensive training and ongoing development programs, Our People support Police Officers, Protective Services Officers (PSOs), and Police Custody Officers (PCOs) from their initial induction through every stage of their career.
Student Services is the primary point of contact for the onboarding, maintenance of records and ceremonial events for recruits during their time at the Academy, playing a vital role in supporting their training journey.
