Scope of the Role
As a Sales Director, you will oversee a team of sales professionals who take inbound video conference calls with potential clients, send email correspondence, and engage in follow-up messages and calls. Your team will assess their clients’ hiring needs, consult them on the ideal hiring plan, and close business. We are looking for seasoned sales professionals who have experience in training and coaching, as well as sales enablement and performance management.
