The role of a Sub-Contract Manager at Leonardo offers a wide variety of experiences and is both exciting and challenging in its nature. This role will involve actively working in a matrix organisation structure supporting a variety of complex assignments, with a focus on development of a next generation supply chain which is capable of supporting current development activity and future production. The focus for this role will be the management of high value and high-risk sub-contract commitments for emerging requirements. An ability to engage with key IPT stakeholders - in particular Project Management and Engineering, is key to the success of the Programme.
