Job Description
Penspen is looking for a Construction Superintendent for one of the PMC projects in Abu Dhabi.
He will oversee daily on‑site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Qualification Required
- An Engineering Degree, preferably from Mechanical/Civil background.
Experience Required
- Minimum 17+ years of experience, of which 10+ years should be in the MEGA oil and gas processing projects.
- Experience in the oil and gas industry in a similar role is a must.
- Experience in directing day‑to‑day site activities, managing subcontractors, and monitoring progress against schedules.
- Good experience in reviewing structural, piping, or electrical plans to ensure compliance with specifications.
- ADNOC experience is an added advantage.
