Field Owner’s Representative/Superintendent – Wind Farm Refurbishment (6-Month Contract)

We’re seeking a hands-on Owner’s Representative to support the refurbishment of a utility-scale wind farm. In this field-focused role, you’ll oversee construction activities and ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
+ Act as the on-site representative for the owner across all construction activities
+ Oversee civil, electrical, and turbine installation work
+ Track project schedule, deliveries, foundations, and milestones
+ Perform QA/QC inspections and maintain accurate reporting
+ Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and project teams
+ Identify risks early and help drive solutions in the field
+ Promote and enforce strong safety (HSE) practices
