Objective / Purpose of the Function

Defines and manages the resources necessary to manufacture products, meeting safety and quality requirements and aligned with the company´s goals. Develop and execute a strategic plan to support and continually improve the knowledge, skills and learning environment in a mid-size, high-mix, multinational engineering and manufacturing organization.

Principal Responsibilities

• Ensure dignified and professional treatment of all employees in their areas of responsibility.
• Comply and enforce the legal stipulations, rules and policies that apply in labor, environmental, safety, hygiene and occupational health matters.
• Ensure compliance with staff training and training requirements.
• Generate weekly production scheduling for the areas under your responsibility according to the Visual Schedule.
