If you’ve got excellent interpersonal communication skills and can build positive relationships with foster parents and children’s social workers, we can offer you a rewarding role. By the Bridge is looking for a dedicated, proactive and forward thinking Supervising Social Worker to join our team!
You will be part of the West Midlands team, offering direct support to our families with a caseload of 6-7 families. Team meeting take place one a month at the registrations Tamworth office )B79 0LH). There are no set duty responsibilities for this post. However, at time, there will be a need for flexibility to support the team. There is no Out of Hours responsibility.
