About the Role
:We are looking for an experienced Repairs Supervisor to join our team in Birmingham. You will be responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day repairs activity across tenanted and void domestic properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard. This includes managing operatives, coordinating workloads, carrying out quality checks, supporting with technical guidance and maintaining strong communication with tenants and stakeholders.
