Job Description

Basic Function

HF Sinclair is seeking a Supervisor Maintenance in El Dorado,KS who will be responsible to oversee certain functions and activities of the Maintenance Department, supervising and coordinating activities of assigned staff, and resolving problems and issues as they arise under limited supervision.

Job Duties

  • Oversees quality of work, safety, and overall performance of assigned staff

  • Gives work direction to assigned employees in assigned area

  • Evaluates assigned employees’ job performance

  • Assists engineering as needed

  • Coordinates with operations in scheduling equipment for repairs, and construction (depending on assignment)

    • May be required to do some or all of the following:

  • Track head count and verify timesheets to ensure cost and schedule compliance

  • Perform on-call duties
  • Issue confined space work permits
