Supervisor, Manufacturing Equipment Engineering

As a Manufacturing Equipment Supervisor, you will provide technical leadership in sequencing system sustaining efforts in a high volume consumables environment. You will troubleshoot, define and perform preventative maintenance on optical, mechanical, electrical and fluidics systems, improve equipment uptime and reliability, and lead new product introduction and equipment performance/reliability improvement projects. You will apply engineering principles in troubleshooting manufacturing and equipment process issues, conduct training for all PMTs and EE1 & EE2 to ensure job performance meets expectations, and provide effective leadership and supervision for the assigned team.
