Overview
Position: Supervisor (Permanent, part-time, 16 hours per week). Location: Pandora retail store. Working days: Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays. Hourly rate: £14.53.
Role
As a Supervisor, you’ll take the lead on retail operations, coach and inspire a high performing team to deliver a world-class customer experience. You’ll champion the brand values of Dream, Dare, Care, and Deliver and take ownership of daily store operations. Supervisors will lead by example and set personal KPIs and sales targets.
What You’ll Do
- Sales floor – Hold daily team briefs, share store KPIs, and motivate the team to beat these targets.
- Drive exceptional service through role-modelling the selling ceremony and delivering on KPIs.
