**Job Description**
This Supervisor role oversees receiving and shipping of servers in a data center warehouse environment, ensuring accurate inventory control, order picking and packing, and high-quality handling of electronic components. The position combines hands-on warehouse and data center floor work with team leadership, task delegation, and effective communication to ensure all operational goals are met safely and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee daily receiving and shipping operations for servers and related electronic components in a data center warehouse environment.
+ Load and unload inbound and outbound freight to and from vehicles and containers safely and efficiently.
+ Place server racks on the data center floor using laser measuring devices with 100% accuracy.
+ Populate electronic components and install cabling into server racks by following provided diagrams and schematics.
