WHAT'S THE JOB?
As a Supervisor, reporting to the Food Services manager, you will perform a variety of operational and administrative tasks supporting the unit. The schedule for the role would include day, evening and weekend shifts.
The position will include ....
Planning and scheduling staff, ensuring adequate coverage to meet business needs
Training staff members in best practices while further developing their skills
Cross-trained to work in the Marek Cafe while assisting the other areas of the unit
Completing and upholding food safety standards and procedures
Responsible for cash management and supporting the Manager in the cash process
Performing physical inventories, adequately maintaining the level of stock at the unit
Oversee and respond to customer and employee concerns using tact and good judgement
