SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the CONTRACTING DEPARTMENT of NAVFAC ROICC SOUDA BAY. Responsibilities You will perform both pre award and post award contracting functions relating to the planning, development, advertisement, award, and administration of contracts for design, construction, utilities, and alteration. You will procure and administer contracts for long range procurement programs involving multiple appropriations over a period of several years. You will be responsible for the total administrative and technical supervision of Division/Department personnel. You will plan work to be accomplished by subordinates to meet program goals, objectives and broad command priorities, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
