Brooks Automation is expanding in Malaysia and seeks experienced Supplier Development Engineers to support our Greenfield manufacturing site in Johor Bahru.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish partnerships with key suppliers to improve quality, on‑time delivery, and cost containment.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize supplier processes, reduce costs, and ensure high‑quality materials and components.
• Assess and select suppliers of key commodities, including on‑site and off‑site assessments.
• Drive component qualification and parts qualification processes for Brooks and its partners.
• Lead supplier corrective/preventive action for problem resolution and continuous improvement (e.g., CPK, Gauge R&R studies).
