Maintain and improve process, system, and capacity of SQA team. Support to establish, implement, and continuously improve quality systems for Quality department. Coordinate and deal with downstream feedback quality issues and promote quick resolution. Organize and cooperate with related parties to analysis root cause of Non-conformances on products or system of suppliers, decide the correction and prevention. Follow the close of action. Execute evaluation and audit for supplier on Process, Quality, Environment, Safety and Healthy etc. Supplier Development & Improvement: Analyze business requirements and identify gap of supplier.
