Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE)

Summary YETiSEARCH is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) for our Katy, TX based client. This role will support the development and management of a high-performing global supply chain within a complex industrial manufacturing environment. This role works cross-functionally with Quality, Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers to evaluate supplier capabilities, drive process improvements, and ensure product quality across a range of mechanical and electrical systems and components. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting supplier qualification, manufacturing quality, and technical supplier development in industries involving fabricated, machined, welded, cast, or electrical components. This position requires strong problem-solving skills, supplier engagement experience, and the ability to operate effectively within multi-functional engineering teams.
