Reporting to the Manager, the Support Analyst is responsible for providing first‑contact problem solving of information systems issues. The Support Analyst is responsible for supporting sites within GBIN as well as monitoring of WAN/LAN, performance of system back‑ups and contacting vendors as appropriate. Additional responsibilities include coordinating/monitoring user access control and security, conducting testing of IT programs and processes and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications / Skills / Abilities:

BSW:

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work and membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)
