About Your New Role
At Open Minds, we’re looking for dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality care to clients with complex needs on-sites in Thornlands, Wynnum and Sunnybank. Offering permanent part-time and casual opportunities, you'll work alongside a compassionate team, supporting clients in their homes and Supported Independent Living, where every shift brings a new opportunity – whether you're assisting with daily tasks, supporting mental health challenges, or simply being a trusted companion.
