Job Description
We are pleased to announce we have an exciting opportunity here at Potens for a Support Worker.
Please note that sponsorship is not available for this role.
Here at Avondale Lodge in Redcar, we support residents who have a range of needs such as autism, mental health needs, learning disabilities, and behaviours that can challenge. Our aim is to assist them in their daily lives to develop new life skills, achieve their ambitions and goals, and for them to continue to be valued members of the community.
What we’ll give you:
We will ensure you are rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:
- £13.00 per hour.
- 40 hours per week. Mainly waking nights, 9 pm to 8 am and 9 pm to 9:15 am. You must also be able to cover day shifts when needed too.
- Will involve working weekends and bank holidays.
- Contributory pension scheme.
