The Role
Supporting adults with a learning disability who may or may not challenge services and/or have very complex needs in their own homes to lead independent and meaningful lives.
Responsibilities
- Work a 4‑week rota that includes evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
- Carry out sleep‑in duties when required.
- Receive full training including SCIP (Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention), manual handling, positive behavioural support and other bespoke training as needed.
