Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking a passionate Support Worker to join our incredible team in Trowbridge on a Full time or Part-time permanent basis (Drivers required).

We have a registered care home where five ladies who have Learning Disabilities live and enjoy a great life

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of these individuals. Each person has their own unique abilities and needs, and you will be supporting them to live the life they choose.

What we're looking for:
A genuine passion for supporting others.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
