The Maintenance Technician & Fixture Supervisor I is responsible for ensuring fixture and tooling readiness to
support daily production operations. This role manages fixture inspections, preventive maintenance, repair
coordination, setup/changeover readiness, and fixture-related quality improvement activities. The position works
closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams to minimize downtime, prevent defects,
and maintain audit-ready documentation.
