Surface Mine Trainer at Rainy River

Join the Rainy River Mine team as a Surface Mine Trainer, specializing in comprehensive mining training. Deliver OHSA-compliant education while mentoring new hires and experienced workers in a 7 on/7 off schedule.

This permanent position allows you to provide hands-on training according to MTCU Modules and company standards. You will design lesson plans and execute training sessions for individuals and groups. Your role also involves collaboration with the Safety Team to ensure training complies with mining regulations while improving operational efficiency.
