Temporary role covering maternity leave.

Role Purpose: The primary purpose of this role is to manage end‑to‑end and pep+/Sustainability communications, internal and external, making their added value tangible both internally and externally – media and customers. It also coordinates social impact projects. In a fast‑paced environment, the main goal is to engage multiple stakeholders in the company’s strategy, focusing on topics such as regenerative agriculture, emission reductions, logistics, and plant operations. For frontline communications, the role is not responsible for internal brand activity activations, but also to cascade global‑corporate and local market unit key information to the frontline population, taking care of materials preparation, HRBPs coordination and message adaptation.
