Job Description
Growing broker dealer is seeking a strong operations specialist to join their team to s upport the end-to-end post-trade lifecycle across interest rate derivatives and Foreign exchange.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate, enrich, and book OTC trades across IRS, FX, metals, and crypto products
- Manage confirmations via electronic platforms and SWIFT; resolve unmatched or disputed trades
- Perform daily cash, position, and wallet reconciliations; investigate and resolve breaks
- Oversee lifecycle events (rate resets, FX rolls, settlements, and crypto-related events)
Qualifications
- 5+ years in OTC Operations / Middle Office within a bank or broker-dealer
- Strong product knowledge across interest rate derivatives, FX, and collateral/settlement workflows
