Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of complex payrolls for Swedish clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Lead and manage audits, handle complex escalations, and ensure SLA performance and client trust. Initiate and lead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and service quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve complex cases and drive operational excellence.

Qualifications
- You have 3+ years of experience in Swedish payroll, with strong exposure to complex payrolls, audits, and process improvements. You are fully comfortable working independently and handling advanced tasks with minimal supervision.
